I offer integrative counselling rooted in a person-centred foundation. This means you are always at the heart of the process. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, drawing particularly on Gestalt therapy to help you become more aware of your present thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Together, we may explore ‘unfinished business’ - unresolved emotional experiences from the past that could be influencing your life today. Through this process, we create space for healing, clarity, and personal growth.
Ethical and Client-Led
I work in accordance with the BACP ethical framework, ensuring that our sessions are held safely, ethically, and with the highest professional standards. At the same time, I bring a human and down-to-earth presence to our work. Sessions are always led by you—guided by what you want to explore, how you’re feeling, and what you hope to achieve. My role is to support and walk alongside you as you make sense of your experience.
