About me.
Helping you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
I began my counselling journey as a volunteer with Samaritans, where I supported people in crisis for three years. That experience inspired me to train professionally and help others explore their mental health in a meaningful way.
I work with both young people and adults, offering a calm, supportive space to talk openly, without judgement. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and focused on helping you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
